The fee is $14.69 for the 1st immunization, $12.00 for for each additional immunization, with a maximum of $36.00 per person per visit.
No one will be denied services due to inability to pay. We accept Medical Assistance, Minnesota Care, and also private insurance companies. Immunizations are also available by making an appointment at our Fergus Falls (218-998-8320) or New York Mills (218-385-5500) offices.
