H1N1 novel influenza Vaccine

Otter Tail County Public Health will be holding H1N1 and seasonal flu vaccination clinics
during the month of January.

The schedule of locations and times is as follows:

January 14, Trinity Lutheran Church Pelican Rapids 1:00-4:30.
January 21, City Hall Parkers Prairie 1:00-4:00
January 25, Otter Tail County Public Health Office Fergus Falls 8:30-4:00
January 25, Otter Tail County Public Health Office New York Mills 8:30-4:00

No appointments are needed.

There may be a charge of $25 for seasonal flu vaccine.

Children 6 months to 9 years need a second dose of vaccine at least 28 days apart.

These are walk in clinics, no appointments are necessary. If you wish, you candownload the registration form from the Otter Tail County website at www.co.ottertail.mn.us.

Please wear short sleeve tops when you come to the clinic.
