DWI Court Program:

Otter Tail County Probation will participate in the County DWI Court Program. The DWI Court Program was primarily developed to enhance public safety by reducing the number of fatal and severe injury traffic crashes related to substance abuse. This goal will be achieved through a judicially supervised program of coordinated, effective, supportive services.

Otter Tail County Probation will provide Surveillance and Probation Officer services to the DWI Court. The Surveillance Officer will perform curfew checks as well as breath and urine chemical testing on participants. The Probation Officer will enforce program rules, coordinate services and participate in DWI Court Team meetings.
