Bond Studies:

Otter Tail County Probation Officers are directed by the District Court to conduct Bond Studies on Gross Misdemeanor and Misdemeanor offenders. Officers are responsible for completing those investigations in a timely fashion, and reporting their findings directly to the Court. The purpose of the Bond Study is to provide the District Court with information necessary to set effective conditions of release.
