Hydraulic Capacity Report Hearing and System Repair/Maintenance Discussion
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO THE BENEFITED PROPERTY OWNERS OF OTTER TAIL COUNTY DRAINAGE SYSTEM NO. 16 that the Otter Tail County Drainage Authority will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, October 18, 2010, in the Commissioners' Room of the Government Services Center located at 500 Fir Ave W., in Fergus Falls, Minnesota for the purpose of discussing the engineer's hydraulic capacity report and repairs/maintenance to the drainage system.
The order establishing this public hearing, the preliminary opinion of probable project costs and the engineer's reports are available for public review on Otter Tail County's web site at http://www.co.otter-tail.mn.us/ or during regular business hours Monday through Friday at either the Land and Resource Department or the County Auditor's office.
