Sealed proposals will be received until 1:00 P.M., March 24, 2010, by the Otter Tail County Auditor for the 2010 Highway Signing Materials. Bids should be submitted to the Otter Tail County Auditor, Otter Tail County Government Services Center, 510 Fir Avenue West, Fergus Falls, MN 56537.
The approximate quantities are as follows:
Furnish 1,618 Highway Signs (various sizes)
Furnish 1,000 6” C Series Die Cut Letters & Numbers
Proposals and specifications may be examined and/or secured at the Office of the Otter Tail County Engineer, 505 South Court Street, Suite 1, Fergus Falls, Minnesota, 56537.
Bids will be opened and read publicly by the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners or their designated representative immediately after the hour set for receiving bids in the County Board Room at the Otter Tail County Government Services Center, 500-600 Fir Avenue West, Fergus Falls, Minnesota.
Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder’s bond made payable to the County Treasurer, Otter Tail County, for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. Sealed bids shall be clearly marked “2010 Highway Signing Materials”.
The County Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, portions, thereof, and to waive informalities.
