Located next to the Fergus Falls Regional Treatment Center is the Otter Tail County Government Services Center (GSC).

After being acquired from the state of Minnesota, it was remodeled completely and became the new county seat in 2003.

The site brings with it easier vehicular access and adequate parking for the public. In addition the offices are on one level, keeping access barrier free.
