WITHOUT COURT APPEARANCE
THE FOLLOWING FINES/FEES MAY BE PAID BY MAIL
BY REMITTING THE PROPER AMOUNT ALONG WITH
THE TICKET. |
| The
amounts are the totals of court determined fines
to which are added the statutorily required
surcharge of $75 and a $10 fee for the County's
Law Library. For example, the Court determines
that a $50 fine should be paid for a stop sign
violation: but, the total amount due is $135
because court administration is required by
statutes also to collect the $75 surcharge and
a $10 law library fee. |
