If law enforcement charges you with a violation of law,

YOU MUST APPEAR IN COURT IF:

You plead not guilty.
You plead guilty and wish to offer an explanation.
You were in an accident and "Endangerment" is marked on your ticket.
You fail to provide proof of insurance. (Proof must be provided to Court Administration within 10 days.)
You have been charged with a second Consuming or Possession of Alcohol while 18 years or older.
You have been charged with a third moving violation within 12 months.
You wish to pay the fine but cannot pay in full by court date.
