All of the above meeting dates are tentative, subject to changes without prior notification and where applicable are dependent upon weather conditions which do not restrict an adequate site visit of the property by the appointed members of the Board of Adjustment. All scheduled meetings start at 6:30 p.m. All applications are due in the Land and Resource Office by 3 p.m. on the application filing date.

Thursday, December 6, 2007 is reserved, under current law, for the County’s tax levy and budget hearing, therefore, the meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, December 5, 2007.

Typically, the Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment does not meet in January, February or March. The above schedule notes application and meeting dates for these months. These dates are available should an applicant submit an application and refuse to waive the sixty day decision requirement.
