On Tuesday, September 26th, the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners agreed to certify a preliminary 2018 county levy totaling $40,015,615. This represents a 4.86% increase compared to our current 2017 levy. The attached 15-page document contains information that was reviewed with the County Commissioners and the general public
