Elections & Agendas
At the first meeting in January, the Board of Commissioners’ elects a chair and a vice-chair who presides in the chair’s absence. The agenda lists the items to be addressed by the board and the specific time each item will be discussed. The consent agenda is approved with 1 motion and each consent item is listed on the agenda. Board members and / or members of the public may pull an item off the consent agenda if they wish to discuss that item.
