PLMSWA Employment Opportunity

The Perham Resource Recovery Facility has an opening for a Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) Sort Line Operator. The Sort Line Operator’s primary responsibility is sorting materials within the MRF with the purpose of developing an end sort of products delivered to the WTE Facility and developing an end sort of recyclable and recoverable products for shipment to end markets.

The starting salary for the MRF Sort Line Operator position is $13.86/hr. with advancement up to $20.77/hr. New employees typically start between steps one and three depending on qualifications and experience ($13.86/hr. to $15.59/hr.). This position is full time with a typical work schedule of Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m – 3:30 p.m. A competitive PLMSWA benefit package applies.
