By direction of the Otter Tail County Department of Solid Waste (OWNER or COUNTY), notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the COUNTY at their office, Otter Tail County Department of Solid Waste, 1115 North Tower Road, Fergus Falls, Minnesota 56537, until 10:00 am local time on the 2nd day of June 2015, for the following:

The project generally includes rough grading and earthwork, furnishing (from Contractor’s off site source), hauling, placing and compacting clay liner, furnishing and installing HDPE geomembrane material, hauling and placing the granular drainage material, furnishing and installing HDPE piping, installing temporary and permanent stormwater controls, and site restoration to include the Contractor’s off site clay borrow area.
