All sales are at 10:00 a.m. at the North door of the Otter Tail County Courthouse.
If interested, please call 218-998-8522 to make sure the sale has not been cancelled. Only a certified check or cash is accepted at the sales. Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office is not responsible for any errors on this list.
This is not a complete list of mortgage foreclosure sales. The OTC Sheriff’s Office may not have information on a sale, other than the name, until the date of sale.
Please check with the Otter Tail County Recorder’s Office for any possible liens or second mortgages on the property
